Principle & President
Alex has leveraged his expertise in public-sector infrastructure procurement to directly lead the development and delivery of over $110MM in self-funded infrastructure, sustainability, and renewable energy projects, as well as consulting in the development of more than $40MM in additional infrastructure projects. His project portfolio represents a body of work generating over $237MM in both energy and operations and maintenance taxpayer savings for his clients. His portfolio, in Arkansas alone, will sequester a minimum of 1.25MM tons of CO2 from the state’s water and air.
For more than 13 years, Alex has provided his clients with turn-key strategic solutions for capital planning, procurement consulting, campus resiliency, sustainability, and decarbonization planning across K-12, higher education, municipalities, and county markets, as well as commercial and industrial markets throughout the Southeastern United States. He has a documented portfolio of expertise in delivering future-ready infrastructure services focused on the long-term capital needs of the clients he serves.
Alex is a Certified Business Energy Professional (CBEP) from the international Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), he holds a Bachelors in Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Global Supply Chain Procurement from the University of Arkansas, Walton College of Business.
